In loving memory of my husband, a father, a brother, and a grandfather, Ronald Edward King, 71, passed away the morning of Oct. 6, 2012. All of the family members would like to thank the people of Amedisys Hospice Care, Roy’s Pharmacy, and North Valley Family Medical of Tonasket for the special care they gave him.
          Ronald was born Feb. 5, 1941 in Stanwood, Wash., to Eldon and Margaret (Cooper) King. He and his wife, Sharon, moved to Tonasket, Wash. in 2009. Ronald spent much of his time as a gravel truck driver for Riverside Sand & Gravel.
          He is survived by his wife, Sharon King, of Tonasket; daughter, Debbie Weiss of Goldbar, Wash.; sons, Shane King of Goldbar, Wash., R.D. King of Tonasket, and Shawn Knutsen of Snohomish, Wash.; sisters, Gladys Selmar of Snohomish, Wash., Sharon Lane of Lake Stevens, Wash., and Linda Nicholas of Everett, Wash.; brothers, Gene King and Richard King, both of Tonasket; and his granddaughters, Stephanie Weiss, of Goldbar, Wash. and Karlie King of Lynnwood, Wash.
          A celebration of life will be held in the future.
