Kim Stewart, 56, passed away suddenly on October 26, 2012 at Mid-Valley Hospital in Omak.
Kim was born on April 15, 1956 in Provo, Utah.
He attended Brigham Young University on a four year football scholarship and then graduated from the University of Washington Dental School. Kim retired this July after 25 years of service as a dentist at Indian Health Service, Omak Clinic.
Kim’s kindness, intelligence, loyalty, goodness, sense of humor, and integrity enriched the lives of all who knew him.
He loved his family, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors playing sports and enjoying nature.
Kim is survived by his two children, Carly and Matthew Stewart; his long-time love, Betty Brown; his parents, Keith and Nancy Stewart; his brothers, Brent and Jon Stewart; and his sister, Jan Schindler.
An informal open house will be held at the Stewart residence on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, from 4-7pm to celebrate Kim’s life.
