Obituary:Carol Marie Weisner Chapman

Carol Chapman passed away in the early morning of Nov. 8, 2012 at the Three Rivers Hospital in Brewster.
Carol was born in Richmond, Calif. on Feb. 2, 1942 to Richard and Shirley Bingham.
Her father followed construction and Carol grew up and attended school in Manson, Malott and Omak. In 1975 she married George Chapman and became a 39 year resident of Brewster.
During this period, Carol worked as a fruit packer, clothing store clerk, but driving the bus for the Senior Citizens was her favorite.
During her life, Carol was faced with numerous serious medical issues. She amazed her family and friends with her ability to face and surmount these problems while keeping a cheerful attitude.
She will be sorely missed by her family and all who had the pleasure of being her friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Weisner. Survivors include her husband, George; mother, Shirley Bingham, of Kent; sister, Christi Graham, of Redmond; daughter, Julie Davidson (Steve); son, John Simmons (Suzanne) of Brewster; step-daughter, Valerie Chapman Burgett (Rich) of Brewster; and step-son, Michael Chapman (Kelly) of Pelican, Alaska; grandchildren, Chet and Taylor Smith, Brewster; Cassie Simmons, of Arkansas; Chase, Alexandria, Claire and Blake Burgett, of Brewster; Michelle Chapman of Omak; and Dorthy Chapman, Pelican, Alaska.
Carol requested that no services be held.
