James Brian Sorenson, 42, passed away March 3, 2014, at his home in Omak, Wash. James was born Feb. 14, 1972, in Bellevue, Wash.
James spent his younger years in Bellevue, until moving to the Okanogan valley, around 1991. He worked at Sears in his younger years, and more recently, Walmart.
James was a Seahawks fanatic. He loved his football and wrestling. He was also very knowledgeable of music and loved to write songs. He was a published poet, receiving the Young Shakespeare Award twice.
He is survived by his children that where his world, sons, Jeffery and Peter; daughter, Amanda; mother, Judith Sorenson; brothers, Lewis (Julie) Sorenson, Richard (Bonita) Sorenson, and Mel (Michelle) Etheridge.
He is preceded in death by his father; and brother, Philip Sorenson.
He will always be remembered as a great friend and incredible father.
A memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
