     The 75th Omak Stampede brings classic acts back and a new one in for rodeo festivities, according to office manager Sarah Grooms.
     Dwayne Hargo Sr., “The Amazin’ Raisin,” will come out of retirement to entertain crowds as barrel man. Grooms said Hargo has performed at about 20 Stampedes.
     Dwayne Hargo Jr., also will entertain the crowd and protect riders from bulls for his third year at Stampede, Grooms said.
     Rowdy Barry, resident of Kennewick and bullfighter in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association since 1986, will keep riders out of the bulls’ sights for Stampede.
     John Payne, the One Arm Bandit, will return with his horses and buffaloes atop trailers. Payne, who has performed since 1988, is based in Oklahoma and has been named PRCA specialty act of the year eight times, according to his Web site.
     Steve Kenyon will be the announcer again, Grooms said. He’ll also be back next year.
