Many area competitors did well at the state Junior Rodeo Finals Sept. 28-30 at the Okanogan County fairgrounds.
Cayden Diefenbach took the all-around title in peewee girls after finishing first in poles (21.807) and goat tying (13.605), second in stake (8.922), third in barrels (19.261).
Jacey Johnson was reserve champion.
Cody Swanson won the all-around title for peewee boys with firsts in stake (8.932), goat tying (13.045) and barrels (19.249) and third in poles (24.866).
Trent Sorey was reserve champion.
