Junior rodeo returns to Nespelem
The annual Nespelem Junior Rodeo will be held April 25-27 at the Nespelem Rodeo Grounds.
Rodeo start times are 5 p.m. (a change from what was on rodeo posters) Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, say organizers.
There will be six all-around saddles, six reserve all-around jackets, 33 handmade first-place buckles and an all-around peewee buckle awarded.
     Concessions will be available.
Admission is $5 for adults and students, $2 for those ages 6-13, and free for those 5 and under. Seniors get in for $2, half price on Friday.
More information is available from Dorothy Palmer, 634-4928; Sindy Jackson, 634-4395, or Chick Jackson, 634-4222.
