Omak High School will celebrate homecoming week Oct. 6-11, culminating in the Pioneers taking on Lake Roosevelt in football Friday, Oct. 10.
A homecoming dance is planned for 8-11:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, in the high school student center and courtyard.
Other activities during the week include a homecoming parade at 7 p.m. followed by bon fire Thursday, Oct. 9. The parade starts at the Cornerstone Christian Church parking lot and ends at the Omak East Side Park.
Students should pick up their homecoming dance guest pass form at the attendance office this week. It must be turned in no later than Tuesday, Oct. 7, if you plan to have a guest at the homecoming dance.
All guests must have prior approval.
Homecoming spirit week dress up days include:
Monday - Tie Dye Day.
Tuesday - Salad Dressing (Caesar -Dress like Julius Caesar, French - Wear your best French wear, Ranch - dress up like a cowboy).
Wednesday - Sports Day.
Thursday - Red and Black Day
Homecoming tickets will be on sale during lunch at the high school foyer concession stand.
Cost is:
Single, $15 with ASB, $20 without ASB.
Couple, $25 with ASB, $35 without ASB.
No couple tickets will be sold at the door.
