PULLMAN – Brian Pecha was awarded a $1,500 Mackdanz scholarship by the Washington State University Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture.

Recipients must be engineering students from Washington state.

Pecha graduated from Omak High School in 2013 and plans to graduate from WSU in May 2017 with a degree in computer engineering.

He is the son of Melody and Timothy Pecha of Omak.
