Father, son murder case set for trial

OKANOGAN - A mid-month trial is set for a father and son charged with first-degree murder in the Labor Day 2013 shooting death of a western Washington grouse hunter.

Father John Wayne Jennings, 59, and son Adam Shaun Jennings, 29, were charged Nov. 18, 2013, in the death of Hoquiam resident Michael Ray Carrigan, 52, on Cow Camp Road east of Oroville and near the defendants' home.
