Vehicles collide

Washington State Patrol troopers, Omak police and fire department personnel, and a LifeLine Ambulance crew assist occupants of two vehicles that collided about 9:45 a.m. March 30 on Highway 97 at Engh Road, Omak. Jesica L. Deede, 27, Bridgeport, was transported to Mid-Valley Hospital as a precautionary measure, said the Washington State Patrol. The other driver was Gerry E. Stehle, 74, British Columbia. The road was partially blocked for about 20 minutes, until both vehicles were moved to the nearby Walmart parking lot.
