Goldie Dean (Askew) Robbins

October 18, 1932 - August 7, 2022

Goldie Askew was born Oct. 18, 1932, to Charlie and Lillian Askew in Bugtussel, Okla. Her mom, dad and five brothers and sisters came to Washington to work in the apples. This is where she met Ernie Robbins at the Omak Theatre. They married and eventually settled in Malott, Wash. where they raised their five children, Peggy (deceased), Wilma, of Seattle, Wash., Ellen Roberts (John), of Omak, Wash., Michele, of Malott, and Toby (Angela), of Seattle. She was grandma to eight grandchildren, Jami Roberts (Cory Davis), of Covington, Wash., Missy Berry (Duke), of Lakewood, Wash., Ryan Roberts (Claudia), of Puyallup, Wash., Josh Roberts (Emily), of Buckley, Wash., and Tyler and Riley Robbins, of Seattle. Goldie was great-grandma to six, Aubrey, Ivy, and Dallas Roberts, of Spokane, Colton Berry, of Lakewood, and Mia and Jade Roberts, of Buckley. She is also survived by one sister, Ruth Old, of Canada. She was loved by many nieces and nephews. She loved her family and friends and would do anything for anyone. She loved bingo and gambling. She will be so missed by all.
